Samantha Owens-Perigo Signs

On March 8th, 2007, Samantha Owens-Perigo signed a letter of intent to come play for us next year. She's a 5'8" OH/DS from Sand Springs, OK. Congratulations, Sam! We're blessed to have you on board!

Congratulations to Stephanie Lee for being named to the NAIA All-Region IV 2nd Team!

NCCAA HONORS - 2006


Stephanie Lee, Tessa Logan and Jacque Deal were all named to the NCCAA Region V All-Region Team.

Lee led the team in Aces with .4 per game, 34 total; Assists with 8.2 per game, 685 total; Blocks with .8 per game, 68 total.

Logan led the team in kills with 2.8 per game for a season total of 240.

Deal led the team in digs with 4.1 per game for a season total of 370.

Three Named NCCAA Scholar Athletes - 2006


Congratulations to Darci Siebert, Sarah Kingery and Jacque Deal. Scholar Athletes must be a Junior or Senior and have a cumulative GPA of 3.6 or higher.

OWU Players Named to MCAC All-Conference Teams


OMAHA, NEB. – The Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference announced the 2006 All-MCAC Women’s Volleyball Teams Saturday in conjunction with the MCAC Women’s Volleyball Tournament in Omaha, Neb. Senior Lindsey Hill of College of Saint Mary was named the MCAC Player of the Year, while senior Jami Arasmith of College of the Ozarks was tabbed MCAC Defensive Specialist/Libero of the Year. Freshman Stephanie Lee of Oklahoma Wesleyan University was selected MCAC Freshman of the Year. Bellevue University Head Coach Trish Siedlik was honored as MCAC Coach of the Year. Bellevue, which won the MCAC Tournament Title on Saturday, led all conference schools with six selections, while CSM ranked second with five picks. Jacque Deal was selected as an All-Conference Honorable Mention.
